Shipping & Returns
KISUII and/or the Company offers free returns within 30 days upon receipt of shipped items in new condition with all labels and tags attached. To complete a return please email Orders@Kisuii.com. In your email, please state your order number and the reason for the item's return. If your return meets our return requirements, an RA number and a prepaid shipping label will be issued within 24 hours of contacting customer service. The customer will need to leave the package at the nearest UPS Shipping Center. Please note that a return sent without an authorization, will be returned to sender. Please put your RA number on the outside of the box, as returns without an RA number will not be accepted. Customers will receive a full refund when returned within that time frame. Please allow 1-2 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement. Sale items are FINAL SALE and not returnable.
GIFT RETURN POLICY
We are happy to make return arrangements for any item received as a gift. We will issue a KISUII E-Gift card, which will be sent to you via email. The KISUII E-Gift card will not expire. We do not offer refunds for items received as gifts. To make arrangements to return items received as a gift, please email Orders@Kisuii.com. The same policies stated in the RETURN POLICY will apply for these items bought using a gift card.
We do not currently offer exchanges. If you would like to exchange an item, please request a return for the original item for a full refund and place a new order. Please note that shipping expenses are not reimbursed unless the item is damaged or defective. If you find that your item is damaged or defective in any way, please let us know within 7 days of receiving your package. Sale items cannot be returned, please email if you wish to exchange sizes we will accommodate when possible.
Standard shipping is free on all orders with UPS within Canada and the United States (excluding Alaska and Hawaii in the United States, and, North West Territories, Yukon and Nunavut in Canada). We will typically ship all packages within 1-2 business days of receipt of the order from our warehouse. We also provide overnight and 2-day domestic expedited services with a cost. Overnight and 2-day orders are sent same day as long the order is placed by 3PM EST. Orders are in transit business days only. Options for expedited shipping services will be available to choose from upon checkout.
UPS Ground: delivers 2-10 days after processing
UPS 2 Day: delivers 2-3 business days after processing. Saturday delivery does not apply.
UPS Overnight: delivers the next business day after processing. Saturday delivery does not apply.
For international shipping, we will ship via UPS and all rates will be calculated at checkout. Please enter your shipping address to determine the cost. Please make sure your order is being shipped to a secure location. Once a package has been delivered to the correct location, we cannot be responsible for lost or stolen goods. KISUII and/or the Company are not responsible for any additional taxes or fees that may apply once your package reaches the destination country. Some international shipments may also experience customs delays.
Important: all orders placed after 3pm EST will be shipped the following business day; this includes orders with expedited shipping.
